He brought a ladder and climbed up on the roof to give it a thorough looking over. No surprises. He told me where the issues were and how he would fix them. Mickey gave me the estimate the following day and I was satisfied with the bottom line. It was very fair. The crew came out on a Saturday, including Mickey, and they had the job completed in one day. They removed all the debris when they were finished. You couldn't tell they were even there other than a beautiful new GAF roof! I highly recommend M. Mac Exteriors.
